Olivia Arnone, LMT & Artist

Olivia is an artist and New York State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). She has been an active photographer for 12 years, and began her massage therapy studies in 2023. Olivia’s practice allows for her fire for art-making and holistic healing to co-exist. 

Olivia artistry aims to capture mystical beauty and is used as a cathartic tool to enchant her world.

In addition, Olivia is devoted to living an embodied life through listening, understanding and caring for the bodies needs. She has a Reiki II Certification and has always been interested in the power of energy and its relationships to homeostasis. Olivia is dedicated to walking herself and others back to the safety and intelligence of their bodies.

Olivia is inspired by the ability massage therapy has to calm and reset the nervous system, decrease pain, and increase body awareness. She is excited to offer a integrated practice to her community, so more people can walk with a greater sense of ease and autonomy.

When she’s not working with clients or looking through her lens, she’s interpreting the current astrology, dancing, cooking nutritious meals, and exploring the outdoors. 

Whether through massage or art-making, Olivia aims to access truth and bridge the gap between mind, body and spirit.
