  • 3o min - $60

    Mini Sessions are designed for intentional, targeted work when you’re short on time or seeking focused relief. Choose either 30 minutes of massage or 30 minutes of Reiki.

    These sessions concentrate on one primary area or intention—such as the back, neck and shoulders, head, or focused energy work—allowing for effective, meaningful care without feeling rushed. Ideal for maintenance, stress relief, or addressing a specific concern.

  • 60 minutes - $95
    75 minutes - $115
    90 minutes - $135

    Classic Sessions are the foundation of Heart & Palm and reflect the work I am best known for—an intuitive blend of therapeutic massage and Reiki.

    Each session is fully integrative and may include Reiki, cupping, acupressure, deep tissue, or Swedish techniques, depending on your needs and preferences. These sessions are tailored to support both the physical body and energetic system, creating balance, release, and deep restoration.

    75 minutes - $125
    90 minutes - $145

    Enhanced Sessions build upon the Classic experience by adding an extra layer of relaxation and support. These sessions may include hot stones, specialty creams (including CBD), cupping, massage gun therapy, and Reiki, as desired.

    From soothing heat to targeted vibration and nourishing topical support, Enhanced Sessions are ideal if your body is asking for additional care, comfort, or deeper relaxation.
